A Fast Impact
2016
The Year of God manifesting
His glory in the House
During the first 30 years we saw Dr. Lamont and Pastor Connie alongside the Assistant Pastors. Now we want to see God.
God wants to fix the damages that were composed in your life during 2016. Begin now with fasting and praying. In the face of breaking chains and receiving your healing you MUST and should fast and pray…
Pray that 2016’s mess was left at the curve of 11:59 pm of December 31st
Drop off whatever leftover load at His alter by Sunday, January 29th and walk away.
At the beginning of 2016 several of our LFCC family members shared their thought
Elder Vicky shared – The first day of twenty-one is never the easiest. The first week of the three comes and goes with struggles. Our thoughts dwell on the fact that we have subtracted specific items from our lives. Certain food and beverages, selected entertainment and, what we would consider, amusement.
What we don’t consider at the very moment is that in our subtraction we’re adding. Within our sacrifice there’s gain. Laying our needs and wants at the altar and speaking vertically will bring much more than what we’ve lost.
Though we begin with focusing on ourselves, the Holy Spirit draws us away, having us focus on our brother or sister. Coming in agreement to the healing that desires to pour within their body to then welcome the victorious note that God’s child has received the promise they’ve awaited for.
Deacon Lloyd in his comedic way said - To feel like Humpty Dumpty whose body was cracked to pieces is never a compliment to oneself. To be watched by the soldiers and townsmen whom await something spectacular is downcast. But, when broken down is repaired by God’s glory all else dilutes to a nothing. What are found in every jagged edge are clarity, obedience and hunger for the Word. So much so that Ezekiel 22:30 becomes a verse scripted within, “I looked for someone among them who would build up the wall and stand before me in the gap on behalf of the land so I would not have to destroy it, but I found no one.” Perhaps you and I can be that someone who’ll build up walls and stand within that gap.
Elder Odessa believes - An indwelling notion to pray for our babies is a must. To know that they’re being affected by illness, abandonment, human trafficking, abortion or having a teen for a mother who is now alone is a crisis that enforces a Holy Spirit approach. Perhaps not by all, but there’s always one summoned to call out for the release of the supernatural that God has preordained for the many, that though presently lost, will be found.
Marisa Lopez stated - Praying for your family as a whole brings completion. To pray for them as individuals, mother and father and child, delivers freedom for what you may not know is happening. To claim freedom from debt on everything you own and knowing that your children will receive education at no cost because of Favor with God and man is victory awaiting its triumph. To know that the ministry God has placed in your hands is extending beyond humane comprehension is more than what simple words can express.
Deacon Willett explains - Discipline is a word that several cannot live by. The many falters we accomplish alone or a unit dissipates when the Holy Spirit takes root. The Body of Christ then rises, allowing Him to guide and have us recognize that what we consider as simple and silly He makes greater than our minds, eyes and words can fathom.
Deacon Constance declares - By the end of our twenty-one day journey God has composed a keener ear and a listening spirit. Our minds and thoughts no longer step out of place or get in the way. They instead decide to believe and receive what the Holy Spirit wants us to hear, bringing forth an obedient person willing and able to do what needs to be done.
Now we’re stepping into
The Year of ...
Pastor Connie McLean has spoken – The number 17 signifies Victory, which also means Rescue, Triumph over our enemies.
The number 20 signifies Redemption and Delivery.
We are to claim ourselves as Debt Free and Saved from Sickness.
All comes through by trusting God, know He wants our victory more than we do. It equals out to Faith. Meaning we are to do our part through Faith.
She also noted that Romans 8:35-39 list 17 things based on His Love and she recommended we read Psalm 18:18-24.
Living Faith Christian Center should come together in agreement with what God has placed within our Pastor’s heart.
And, as Jesse Duplantis shared in 2016 based on Matthew 18:19 –
I’ll be Your 2
